The result of which is cheaper heating bills and a more environmentally friendly building. It also is a building control requirement
Aim
To provide a fast and reliable air tightness testing service on both domestic and commercial buildings.
What We Do:
- Offer free pre-construction advise on air tightness performance at design stage
- Liaise with Design SAP SBEM consultants to ensure design target air test result is achievable with proposed form of construction
- Full 3D model of building ensuring accurate building volumes and envelope areas
- Mid construction site inspections to identify problematic areas
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure testing carried out at times which don’t cause delays
- Carry out Air Permeability test in accordance with ATTMA TSL 1 & 2 Test Standard
- Identification of defects and free re test if required
- Provision of detailed test report and ATTMA Certificate
